When Life Gets Difficult

When life gets difficult, remember that while God is shaping you, He will also use the pain and victory story as a testimony that will guide people to Jesus! - Samuel Deuth

“Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”‬

2 Corinthians‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬-‭18

This quote came from: Following Jesus Seriesby Samuel Dueth (52 Bible Verses for Men Day 33) YouVersion App.

Now I am going to share some thoughts myself …

God uses often others will see what we are going through and how we are doing in that as a witness to Him.

Our pain can never compare to the pain that Jesus took on the Cross. No mere man could have lasted in all of the beatings and whipping.

That pain and that storm is only temporary! As Born Again Christians, we have something to look forward to in Glory … not only eternity with God and Jesus … but a glorified new body! No more pain, no more sickness and no more sin!

Remember nothing goes for void for the Lord, He uses everything for His Kingdom Work. What man means for evil, God has good to come out of it.

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.”

1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭58

Trust God in that pain and storm … He has a plan for it. We all go through storms, valleys and the mountains. Good thing is He is always with us, He will never leave us or forsake us. He actually goes after us, when we go astray.

Let God use you in all that you do, let God guide you every step of the way. We cannot do it on our own strength … but only in His!

Maybe you can use that pain and storm to make a blog and blog how He has seen you through or even use social media to share! You aren’t alone, we all go through something, everyone’s is different and yet again … there are others going through the same or similar circumstances! Don’t know what to say, He will give you the Words! Trust me, I know too well!

When life gets difficult let God, trust God and allow God to see you through it all.

How has God used your pain or storm to bring others to Christ?
